I'm not one of the guys that hate action movies. The only reason I'm a horror fan is because of the handful of violent horror movies, which were some of the best in my opinion, and I always had my reasons to watch them. That being said, I've seen a few horror movies recently, that are so much better than anything I've seen lately. "Deadline" was one of the better ones. I think that's what impressed me most about this movie. The actors really did an excellent job. The atmosphere is really very tense and very interesting. It reminded me of "A Nightmare on Elm Street". But, I've heard that most of the people that watch horror movies are not all that fond of this kind of movies, and I think that's true. I'm not saying that this is the best horror movie ever, but it is one of the best in my opinion. It is pretty realistic, and the ending is even more realistic than the one in the last 2 or 3 "Nightmare on Elm Street" movies. I was a bit disappointed by the ending of "Deadline", but I'm sure that it's going to get better. I would also like to mention that the female characters in the movie are pretty well written, and they are really the best thing about this movie. I don't want to give any spoilers, but I have to mention that they have done a good job, and they were also very well acted. If you have nothing to do, and you are going to watch this movie for fun, then go for it. I think that it is a good movie.

Dangerously underrated ( I saw this at an AFI film festival in NYC and it was such a disappointment.I mean.who wants to see a movie like 'In Hell'?), this feature-length film was a shocker! I thought the story would be super-simple, but it was much more! The acting was stellar and the special effects really came to life. I wasn't expecting to like this film, and I definitely don't regret it. I really hope there's a remake someday! In the meantime, I highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes really good story-telling and films that have more than one effect on the viewer. 9/10

This was an entertaining film, and a surprising one. The plot is pretty obvious: an underwater base is being attacked by sharks, and after searching for a solution, an evil scientist (Cher) builds a space station out of some kind of evil laser. Then some other bad guy and his crew join the party. They are totally obsessed with the idea that sharks are attacking the base, and the only way to stop them is by using the laser. The whole thing is really good - it's all done in such a way that you're constantly wondering what is going to happen next. But, the plot is pretty strong, the sharks are cool and really have a great presence in the film, the acting is OK (they all look like a bunch of hardcore b-movie actors), and the action is great. There's not a lot of new stuff in this one, but that's OK - there's not a lot of new stuff in the first one either.

Finally a picture that offers the audience a mixture of action, suspense, and mystery in the horror genre. At times I really enjoyed the characters, but other times I found them irritating. The story is very intriguing, and the plot twists are cleverly executed. It does get a little slow at times, but it doesn't feel like it is meant to be. I would recommend this film for anyone who likes a good mystery, and would not mind the character development. The film gets a 9/10 from me.

After viewing the movie 'Underwater' I feel that there is a chance that it could become a cult classic. But it is very hard to argue with the people that like this movie. 'Underwater' has a strong story and good characters. What i really like is the way that they talk about different kinds of monsters. Some of the monsters are extremely scary but some others are just just plain crazy. The characters in the movie are really interesting too. We get a good view of the different people in a university. The only problem with the movie is that it has a very fast pace. I think that the movie could have been better if it had a slow pace. I would give this movie 8 out of 10. Recommended.

I'm not a fan of SyFy movies, I feel like they do an awful job of doing a good job at it. I've never really liked G.I. Joe, and Transformers was more of a movie about a cartoon than a movie about real people. But I was surprised at how good this movie was. It was also the best of the show. As a whole, I was quite impressed. The storyline was good and believable. The actors did a great job. There wasn't a lot of explosions, but I thought that was a good thing. The underwater scenes were the best part of the movie. I thought the story was a little more interesting than the show. The story was a little more open ended than it usually is, but it was still very good. The ending was great and had a lot of potential, but the movie kind of went downhill there. I did like how they ended it. Overall, I really enjoyed this movie. It was more well done than the average SyFy movie. The acting was great, the story was good, and the action was great. I highly recommend this movie.

Some movies are bad, some are great, some are totally wack. This is one of the latter category. Okay, so I went into this movie not knowing what to expect, but I was surprised. First of all, the cinematography was perfect. From the first shot to the last, you felt that you were there. I'm not sure about the budget, but it was really well done. The acting was good, the setting was great, and the action was phenomenal. I'm not sure if it was the reason I enjoyed the movie so much, but this movie brought back a lot of memories, and I'm definitely going to go see it again, especially if I have the opportunity. Overall, this was a great movie, and I don't think I'm going to get sick of it, it's that good. 8/10

I really enjoyed this movie. It didn't feel like a retread of any of the previous titles and you feel that you're not watching another genre movie. Its a very interesting concept, but I felt the movie needed to be a little more complicated. You just don't get to know the characters as much as you would like to. Some of the characters did not have much development, although you get to understand more of what they are really like. Some of the scenes are very exciting and you know what is going to happen. But overall, the movie was very good. It was well done and well executed. I really hope they do a sequel. It really feels like a lost opportunity.

So, we have "in the sea" with a movie about a monster. But, as we also have "in the sea" with a movie about a monster, how much more deserving of the name "in the sea"?

Michael Apted's "Underwater" is a genuine jewel, with standout performances by Jeremy London, David Anthony Miller, and Don Cheadle. The plot is interesting and there are some unexpected twists. The underwater scenes are beautiful to watch and the underwater creature effects are impressive. The underwater chase scenes are beautiful to watch. The underwater cinematography is nice and the underwater set design is stunning. The special effects in the underwater scenes are also wonderful. I did enjoy "Underwater" more than the sequels because it has more substance and emotion, more drama and more character development. "Underwater" is a very effective film. I was expecting a gross-out action film, but instead I found a psychological thriller, with a hidden meaning and a strong message. A must-see.

This movie has a great idea, but the execution is so horrible that it is not even worth mentioning. The script is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. The ending was poorly done, and it is beyond me why anyone could even bother with such a bad ending. The acting is horrible. Keanu Reeves is a terrible actor. For some reason, Keanu Reeves thinks that he can actually act. But that is not the case, and he looks like a complete idiot. Unfortunately for him, he has a bad director and a bad script. The script is filled with incoherent idiocy. The acting in general is terrible. The film is not that good at all, in fact, I would put it on par with the worst films of all time. It is horrible and the "that was a joke" line is one of the most embarrassing lines in the history of cinema. Do not bother seeing this movie. It is too bad it even exists, and it is a shame that people actually gave it a chance, but that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because I know that it is supposed to be an epic epic. And for some reason, it really is. It is so bad that it is actually good. I recommend anyone that has the time to watch this movie to do so. But be prepared for a complete waste of time.

This is one of the best horror movies of the past decade. It is a great time to watch it, because of the impressive cast and of course, the excellent special effects. A great movie, it is even better than a great movie like "The Wicker Man", or "The Mummy". This is a good movie to watch with a group of friends. You will get addicted to this movie, because of the actors. All actors are quite good, but it is Hiddleston who steals the show. He is one of the most talented actors of the present day. This movie is like a witch's curse, and makes you want to wear a hood, and run from witches, and get in the pool.

This movie shows you how to make a quality movie! The story is very original and original to boot. The direction is awesome! The acting is good and the story is great. It has all the elements of a "scary" movie to make you believe this could actually happen. If you are looking for a good scary movie, this is it! This is probably one of the best movies I've seen in a long time!

This film is an absolute pile of crap. It is extremely boring. The acting is bad, the story is too slow and boring. The special effects are great but the thing that made me cry is how many times the shark jumps in the water and how many times the men in suits shoot it down with their guns. Some of the scenes are just not good. For example, the wedding scene where the man gets on the bed to marry and has the shark swim up and bite him. I felt stupid. It was way too emotional for a horror film. I do not like this film. It is not scary at all. I did not like the acting at all. The only reason I give it a 7 is because of the special effects. But the shark just jumps out of the water in the first 5 minutes and it never jumps back in again. What a waste of good special effects. I recommend to see "Jaws" instead of this film. It is way better. But you might want to do it with your friends. 8/10

I found this movie to be excellent. It has a very unique tone and keeps you involved. The acting is excellent, the story line is creative and intriguing, and the monsters are very real. This is definitely a must-see for fans of B horror. There are several very good scenes that keep you guessing. I really enjoyed it, and I can see why it's been so hard to get into the theaters. I highly recommend this movie.

What makes this movie all the more interesting is that in the same year as it was released (1998)was the much better Ocean's 11 and I'm not a huge fan of the latter. I just read reviews for this movie in my local paper and I found myself checking out the IMDb to see how much it had been up. And this movie is in the top 250! I'm so happy that I've finally found it and I hope to see it again in a few months!

I was expecting to hate this movie. I mean, most of the reviews I've read are absolutely awful and all sound like a coordinated rip-off of "The Abyss". Well, this movie really rocks in that department. Yes, the acting is horrendous, but that's because the "stars" are worse, you know? They all seem to be out of touch with reality and they don't seem to have any idea of what's going on. This movie has two things going for it: great special effects, and a truly original storyline. You know, because I'm just guessing here. Anyway, I don't know how else to explain how I enjoyed this movie. When you watch this movie, keep an open mind. It's all about the story, isn't it? So don't focus on the acting or the "stars" because they just serve as a decoy, trying to make you feel bad about yourself for spending money on this crap. Instead, think about how much better it would be if there was no plot and it was just a movie with a bunch of monsters and sci-fi stuff happening for an hour and a half, and then a big fight at the end. That's really what this movie is about. It's about good and evil and it's about how dangerous and how fascinating it is to be apart of such a world and to feel that you have some kind of control over what's going on. And the way this movie uses its wonderful special effects is beyond spectacular. Check out the tsunami. I mean, what a piece of junk. I would have been crying when they released it, but I didn't see the tsunami in the previews so I couldn't tell you whether it looked good or not. And when you think of all the research they did to create the monsters, you just know they must have been incredibly powerful, because they somehow seem to be able to do everything. Even the explosions! To sum it up, this movie is a refreshing change of pace, and if you've been wanting to see an underwater adventure that doesn't involve sharks, then give it a try. You might be pleasantly surprised!

With a running time of over 2 hours and 30 minutes, I've always been a bit lost in the action. But I liked this one. A truly unique story. Sure, it's got an obvious zombie theme, but the story itself is a very unique one. One of those movies that you find yourself wishing you could see again. I was very impressed with this one. Good stuff.

I guess it's pretty much a given that I like martial arts movies and if I like any genre then I must be a fan of this particular one. I think this is one of the more entertaining, the action is well handled, the story flows quite well and the acting is good. That being said, the film's narrative structure makes it difficult to really understand the story as it's told through monologues and conversations. The main character is portrayed as a schizophrenic who sees dead people and is also a bit of a monster and yet he also has feelings and is remorseful of what he did. Not an easy balance to maintain. That said, the film is well done and has plenty of action. Although I still believe that, I also believe that the film could have been made better as it could have been more ambiguous and more clear about the story. That said, it was still a pretty good film, it just did not hold my interest as it did for other films of this genre.

I remember when this movie came out and all the hype around it. I was surprised when I watched the movie and thought the movie was decent. It had a good story and good action scenes. I would recommend it to anyone who is into fantasy movies. I rated it 8/10 because it is an OK movie but not a great movie.

The movie's protagonist has a tough life and receives death threats from 'The Underwater'. The Submarine had been lurking on a beach since a colony of reef sharks, around 200, have been seen. The little group of survivors (Shaw, Porter and Hughes) decide to go out to the area where the Submarine was located and to make a plan how to deal with the sharks. One of the survivors, Bob H. Hunt (Wichita), is an expert in underwater photography and follows the group. As the group is searching for an old bunker with many vaults, the group is faced with certain death. The group of survivors turns into a squad and goes in search of the Submarine. The movie, contains some disturbing scenes and some plot twists and turns. As the movie unfolds, the plan seems to go smoothly but a few things happen that throws the plan into turmoil. The movie is directed by Mandy Ronstadt and written by Mark S. Magleby, Don Nelson, Don Nelson and Mandy Ronstadt. There are some weird scene's and it's difficult to follow at times. As a horror film, the movie works because it is dark, it's gritty and it has a real story to it. The movie also has a good atmosphere, with some dark scenes and a real bleak feel to it. The movie was directed by Mandy Ronstadt, who also directed Home Alone 4: Adventures In Trick-or-Treating. Overall, the movie is not a good movie and it is worth watching but it's not something that will make you sit up and take notice of. The movie is worth watching but I feel it's worth seeing once but not more.

SPOILER WARNING! I must admit, when I first saw the previews for this movie I was under the impression that it would be a case of "just another clone" or "one that makes clones". It has all the cliches of that one. However, I didn't expect that the movie would be like a B-flick. It was actually much more than that. It was very clever and the fact that it was shown in reverse did something for me. Although, I don't understand why they didn't show it in reverse after the first half of the movie. I would have felt more suspenseful at that time. The second half of the movie was also much better, in fact, I had to re-watch the last half. This movie was definitely a stand-out, although I've not seen any other movies of its kind. In general, this movie was superb. It had the most realistic visuals of any movie I have ever seen. I really liked the sound. It was dark, gory, and incredibly detailed. The effects and direction of the movie were excellent, too. I liked the way that the actor's voices differed in all scenes. If you've seen any movies about clones, you've seen a clone, and I'd say that the acting was very good. I thought the characters were very complex. At first, I thought that the main character, could be a teenager, but it turns out that the main character is a scientist, and the girl was a clone. Also, the way that they didn't have all the clones having the same voice was very interesting. It made me think about the way that one clone was supposed to sound. Also, I loved the way that the clone was able to talk without a mouth, so that you couldn't tell the difference between it and another clone. The ending of the movie was pretty sad. I could have thought that the girl was going to die from a virus, but it turned out that she wasn't. I also thought that the movie was just short enough, so that it would have been good to have a sequel. However, I was really impressed with the way that the movie was constructed, so I would probably enjoy a sequel.

I have never been so horrified by a movie before. I have seen quite a few horror movies but this one is the one I have seen to stand out. I love it. The movie is a horror, it also has a serial killer who murders everyone in sight, and in the beginning of the movie there is a twist and the serial killer's identity is revealed, this is fantastic! The characters in this movie are great. You get the impression that there are more people involved than what you would imagine. I give this movie 8/10 stars.
