Description During World War II, as Adolf Hitler's powerful Wehrmacht rampages across Europe, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Neville Chamberlain (Ronald Pickup), is forced to resign, recommending Sir Winston Churchill (Gary Oldman) as his replacement. But even in his early days as the country's leader, Churchill is under pressure to commence peace negotiations with Hitler or to fight head-on the seemingly invincible Nazi regime, whatever the cost. However difficult and dangerous his decision may be, Churchill has no choice but to shine in the country's darkest hour.

War is terrible, and war is not always in the interest of the allies. The drama of how all of the people from all of the nations got together to fight is intense and compelling, and I really hope to see more of this kind of movie. I was actually worried about how it was going to end up being a Hollywood ending. After all, this was based on a book and it was supposed to be a book. That said, I'm glad that the movie was able to keep the story very true to the book. It really works. The actor playing Winston Churchill is great. I was really impressed with his portrayal of a man who, in my opinion, did not deserve his success. It was an amazing performance, and I think that anyone who has read the book will enjoy it. I've seen some people give this movie bad reviews because they think it's a retelling of the story. In my opinion, it's a true story, and it's a very good one. I enjoyed it. It was a great movie and it was entertaining. It was about a man who rose to fame and became a man of great power, but also became a person who did not have a lot of confidence in his own abilities. He also had some doubts about whether or not he should take on the responsibility of leading the country. I really liked the performance of Mark Rylance as Churchill. He did an excellent job of portraying a man who had been in power before his time, but had not always seen it as his power. He had great charisma and was also very likable. I really liked him. I'm glad that this movie was able to make me feel like I was there in 1940. It really captured the war in a great way, and it made me feel like I was there. The movie also gave me some interesting facts about Winston Churchill. For example, I learned that Winston Churchill had a child during the war and had never met his child. I found that very interesting. Another thing that I learned was that Winston Churchill's brother, Lord Mountbatten, was in charge of the war effort. I didn't know that he was in charge. I also learned that Churchill's wife, Clementine, was a very strict woman and had to be very strict with her husband and family. This made me think that Churchill had a tough time adjusting to his new role as leader of the country. I liked this movie very much, and I highly recommend it.

I don't know if it's just that the film took me back to the scenes from my childhood, but I've found it difficult to watch such a film. The first half was so moving. I felt like I was in the shoes of those characters and I could relate to them and I got the feeling that it was my generation that was in that situation. It made me want to be a journalist when I grew up and I was just so excited to see this film and to meet these people. Then it went down hill and it got boring. It seemed like the film was going to get worse but I was expecting a climax and a great ending, so I just went along with the boring parts. I don't know if I'm just old, but I think that film was the best film of the year. It's a great story, it was a very good movie and it was just a great story. I was hoping for something more and this film wasn't that great. The beginning of the film was brilliant and it seemed to drag on. I really liked the war scenes, but the ending was really disappointing. The ending was very disappointing. I really felt like the film could have gone on for another hour and I think they could have made it more interesting. The film was a fantastic story, but it just wasn't great. I think this film will be very underrated because of all the negative reviews. But I think that this film is going to go down in history as a great film. It's a great film, it's a great story and it was a very good movie. It's a great story, it's a great story, it's a great film.

First of all, the movie is not made for a very big audience, because it is very heavy on details and emotional scenes. I would like to point out the best scenes in the movie: the entrance of Hitler in the ballroom; the scene of the first salute to the flag; the scene of the battle of the Berlin Wall; the scene of the Cuban Missile Crisis; the scene of the first sight of the American flag on the balcony of the Reich Chancellery. All these scenes have been especially crafted for the viewers. The film is very long and it is not an easy to follow film. One must keep in mind that this is a movie about a war between two powers. We have not seen the whole war, only a few minutes of it. Also, this movie is very emotional. The main character reminds us of the Russian philosopher Tolstoy. We have a clear idea of what is happening and we are sure that in the end we will see the exact same thing. However, there are several scenes which may confuse the viewers. One example is the scene of the second assault on the Berlin Wall. If we are supposed to believe that it was the American pilots that were in the bunker, we have to believe that it was all done by the Soviet pilots. Another example is the scene of the American tank and the American soldiers shooting at the Soviet tanks. This scene is in the background of the action, but we are told that this is the American action and the Soviet action is the Soviet action. I have never seen such a big confusion in the beginning of a movie. I would like to recommend to watch this movie, but also I would like to tell you that it is not a very good movie. This is because of the details. However, if you want to see a good movie about the world war II, then this is a good choice. 8/10
