In an effort to please both hardcore sci-fi fans and the mainstream audience, a second entry in the Independence Day series was hastily conceived. This time it was a remake of the original film, which had been released over a decade ago, and was well received by the moviegoing public. This time around, however, it was not as successful. The second entry to the series was as much a commercial failure as the first installment. It's been ten years since the first film was released, and the franchise has largely become a mainstream, highly profitable enterprise. Even so, the film has grown stale. The first Independence Day was an iconic action film, and the sequel was an over-the-top fantasy, which wasn't particularly satisfying. The second entry was a big action film with no plot, and a lot of tepid, boring romance. It's hard to make a sequel when the first film wasn't particularly successful. The production team probably felt that a second entry would be a big success. Well, it has been widely hailed by the critics. I'm not going to comment on the quality of the film, but it is a lot better than I expected. The production value is great. The special effects are often better than the original, and the action sequences are much more elaborate. The set designs and CGI are impressive. The cinematography is great. The acting is great. There's just nothing wrong with the film. It's certainly more than adequate, and I think the critics are right that it's a major step forward in Independence Day's glory days. The film is now on its third installment, Independence Day: Resurgence. It's still a pretty decent action film. It's got a good, solid story and some good action scenes. It's not the greatest film of the franchise, but it's still decent enough for a decent sequel. It's fun, even if it isn't as good as the original. The director has done a decent job with the action sequences, and the editing is competent. The music score is well done. The characters are well played. The action is more elaborate and the romance is more pleasing. The special effects are impressive. The acting is pretty good, and there's a decent amount of tension. It's not the best film in the franchise, but it's not the worst. It's a decent enough entry in the series that I can recommend. It's not quite as good as the original, but it's better than a lot of the third installments. It's not a perfect film, but it's better than many films that come out in the summer. The ending is disappointing. The ending of the original film was a happy ending, and the ending of Resurgence is a much more depressing ending. That said, I'm not going to call the end disappointing. In fact, it's a more fitting ending for the film. It's not great, but it's not completely terrible. I think it's a reasonable, solid sequel in the Independence Day series. It's certainly better than the first film, and it's better than the second. It's a great sequel. 8/10

I have to say, the thing that got me most excited was the fact that there is a reboot in the works. After the last one, I was excited to see what this one will be about. We saw the trailers, and it was still promising, but I was worried that it would be like the last one and not have a sequel. Well, after the first 10 minutes, I was on the edge of my seat. I am glad that it had some parts of the original, but it did not seem to be the same. After the first 10 minutes, I thought the movie was going to be one of those sequels, where the whole story just repeats itself. I was surprised that it was different. There were some parts that I liked, but some parts of it were just like the last one. The thing that was really good about the movie, is that it did not rely on special effects to tell a story. There were some parts in the movie, where the CGI was used, but it was very minimal. They did not try to make the movie as big as the last one, or have as many explosions, and it did not make the movie feel like it was an extended and bigger version of the last one. Also, the music was different. The first one was using some kind of music from the last one, and it was not as good as it was in the last one. The music was good, but it was not as good as it was in the last one. It did not have the same kind of music, or did not match the mood of the movie. Overall, I thought that the movie was good, but not as good as the first one. I was disappointed, but that is probably not what they were going for. I hope that they will do a reboot in the future, because I am sure they will not do the same thing as they did in the last one. I am sure that they will do a sequel, because the last one was just the beginning of the franchise.

We finally got to see the big sequel to 2012's "Independence Day," and what we got was surprisingly good. After watching the film, I felt it was a fresh take on the original. It's not going to be like "Independence Day" or "Invasion of the Body Snatchers," but it is an engaging and exciting sequel that brings back a new, dangerous threat. First of all, the characters are all more likable and fully realized than they were in the first film. It's not just the cast of characters that are different, it's the plot and the dialogue as well. In the first film, all of the characters were more twisted than they were in the first sequel. I felt like there was more than a little irony and fun in the dialog between the characters. But in this film, the writers don't need to do that because the characters have more depth and the dialogue is more heart-warming. Even with that said, there were some things that felt a bit forced. For example, the movie tries to turn a positive encounter between the aliens and humans into a negative encounter. And the ending was a little disappointing. But I think these are minor points to not say too much about the film. I think it was very well written and the actors did a great job with their characters. I was happy to see Sigourney Weaver back in action and she did an excellent job with her character. The film is very exciting and original, but it still has the same problems that the first film had. But I think it's still a very fun sequel. I give it an 8 out of 10. It's not perfect, but it's better than the original.
