Michael Gosnell is America's biggest serial killer. He is a disgraced doctor with multiple victims who used to be in charge of a hospital for people with mental problems. He is convicted in 1978 and sentenced to life in prison. He escapes and manages to slip back into society, so to speak. He also meets a woman with whom he marries and helps her through her troubled past. He also begins to gain power over the other doctors at the prison. He also begins to see and fall in love with the woman. In prison, he begins to grow increasingly disturbed by the sex and drugs that are a part of the prisoner's daily routine. The other doctors begin to fear for their safety and seek to protect their patients. They also try to keep the patient away from Gosnell. The film centers around this struggle. It is a good film, but it's far from the best. There are some nice aspects to the film, such as the characters and their interactions. It also has some scenes that are rather dark, which makes it feel real. There are also some good scenes, such as the discussion between the prison doctors. The movie is a little slow to get going, but it does eventually pick up. I thought the acting was very good and the movie did have some suspense. I thought the ending was very good, as it doesn't end the way most people would expect. Overall, I think this film is not a great film. It's certainly better than the average movie that you can find on cable or DVD. It is a good movie, but it is not one of the great movies.
