Why all the negativity? I really didn't expect much after seeing the previews. I expected the same old Marvel Comic Movie. That would be fine, but it's not. I was pleasantly surprised. There are a few flaws with the film that I will address here. I will point out what is wrong with the film before turning to the positives. The worst part about the film is when Barry returns to his city, after being lost for ten years. The only memory he has of his past is a few seconds of static and that's about it. It is like a fantasy sequence that gives us only an introduction to the town and Barry. This is another flaw that really bothered me. The reason he returns was because of his uncle. He knows of his uncle's demise. He has a horrible thought, and the only reason why he returns is to bring him back to life. This could have been the reason for Barry's return, but we get nothing of it. We are left to assume that he's just bringing him back for fun. The writers then make a choice. They can either change the character of Barry, or just leave him in the dream sequence. If they change him, the film gets boring and unengaging. Or, if they leave him in the dream sequence, then the writers do nothing and only the negative messages we hear from Barry are that he's dreaming of his past and does nothing. As for the positives, there are a few, but the film is still not as good as it could have been. There is nothing about this film that is new. What we have here is the same old story of a young man going back to find his family, but without much else to do. The production values are top notch. The special effects are beautiful and the acting is top notch. This film has a lot of positives, but it also has a lot of flaws. It's an entertaining film, but one that doesn't do anything we haven't seen before.

While the summer of 2017 has been rife with superhero blockbusters, there have been some more entertaining surprises to come from the likes of 'The Fault In Our Stars', 'The Jungle Book', and 'Shazam'. Although its production, direction, and performances have received some heat from critics, the CGI-filled action sequences, with "the astonishing" outnumber 'the amazing', and "the captivating" outnumber 'the outstanding'. 'Shazam!' is not as good as those examples, and the actors doing their best with what they're given are certainly a step down. The story is thin and the overarching political subtext is, as one might expect, decidedly unfunny. It's also sometimes hard to really get invested in the characters - especially since they're played by characters in their 50s and 60s, and the romance angle is a bit underwhelming. I didn't find any of the action sequences as especially thrilling or visually appealing as the standard 'Avengers' stuff, and the villain is a bit disappointing. The supporting actors and the cinematography are all solid. The only real problem with the film, and this is really the main reason I give it an average rating, is that it does not quite work as a comic book origin story. It's certainly not terrible - I did laugh a few times at the caped crusader-like villain - but it does feel rushed, as there isn't much background to help the audience get involved with the supporting characters and the overall narrative. The people who read comics and don't particularly like action movies will probably be annoyed by the lack of in-depth character development, and the others will probably find it dull and unengaging. The film really would have benefited from a bit more characterisation, and the idea of the film involving Shazam (or some form of him, not just a specific person) would have been a welcome touch, but I suspect the producers had a deadline to meet and realised they had to cram as much content as they could into the run time.

There were some good things about this movie. It has a sense of humor, it has a good script, and it has great production values. The fact that this movie is based on a comic book means that it was written and edited by a comic book fan. The film is great. It is as witty and entertaining as any comic book movie. It was directed by the same team that brought us "Memento" and "Se7en". But the biggest crime of "Shazam!" is that it really doesn't feel like a superhero movie. It doesn't have that gritty feel that makes "The Dark Knight" or "Batman Begins" so appealing. It is a "funny superhero" movie, not a gritty superhero movie. It is fine as a fun superhero movie, but it is not a superhero movie. The villain is not fun to watch. In "Shazam!", he is a really boring character. He is not really funny, he is not really scary, he just is a boring villain. And by boring, I do not mean that he is a very boring character. He is boring just because he is not a character that you like in any way. The other major problem with the film is that it is a really slow, boring movie. It is like watching a movie that you only have to make it through the first 45 minutes. It is also not a very entertaining movie. As a comic book fan, I was really disappointed with the film. But I can say that it is not a total disaster. I actually enjoyed the film a lot. This is because of the cast. Everyone was very good. Everyone is a great actor in their own right. I think that Will Smith is the only actor that could have done this movie justice. I could not be happier that he was cast as the lead. He is simply a great actor. Even if you don't like Will Smith, you should still like this movie. Jennifer Lawrence was also great. She has a great sense of humor, she has a great sense of beauty, and she is very attractive. And she does a lot of sexy things. Her and Will Smith are perfect together. But the big mistake in this movie is the villain. Even if he is a boring character, his part of the story is really a waste. He is almost an afterthought. I cannot believe that the writers of this film decided to give the villain a big role. This is one of the most underused characters in comic book movies. I could not help but think that it was a mistake to give the villain a bigger role than the rest of the characters. It makes this movie too predictable. I have no problem with this movie, but I am glad that I watched it in the comfort of my own home. It is far better than watching it on the big screen. It is worth watching if you like Will Smith, but just don't watch this movie if you are a comic book fan. There are better superhero movies that you can watch, such as "Batman Begins", "Spiderman", or "The Dark Knight". "Shazam!" is one of the better comic book movies that you can watch.

This movie is so fun, with so many laugh out loud moments, that I am surprised I didn't see it sooner. It's a wonder that it didn't get a more proper release. The film stars Channing Tatum, for whom I have a love-hate relationship. He is funny in every film that he has starred in, but when he has a dull performance, as in this movie, the people go out of their way to hate on him. You know that feeling when you have seen your favorite actor in an average movie that is going nowhere, but you are really hoping that he will turn it around. Channing Tatum does an excellent job of displaying his talent as the wizard Shazam, as he proves his versatility by doing the film's theme song. From the very beginning of the movie, he and Amy Adams do a great job of making you feel that you are in the movie. Their interactions are very natural, and are great for fans to watch. You will definitely love the movie. The reason I think the movie is so good is because it has so many great comedic moments, that it is not trying to be something it isn't, or over-the-top ridiculous. You just laugh and feel really good about yourself for watching this movie. I think this is the first time that I've ever written a review, but this movie deserves it. When I first saw it, I was blown away, I thought the film was excellent, but I don't think I would ever say that about a movie. I really think that you should see it. I will always be a fan of the Marvel movies, because they are so original, and fun to watch. I definitely recommend it to all Marvel fans, or fans of the film in general. I hope the cast members take this movie and make many more.

It's always a pleasure to see a comic book movie come to life on the big screen. Batman and Robin, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and The Dark Knight Returns are great examples of movies that have been successful in bringing the comic book to life on the big screen. A comic book movie also doesn't have to be all heart and soul; instead it's a movie that keeps the action fun and exciting. Terence Howard and Billy Crudup play Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange in this summer blockbuster. These two great comic book heroes team up to battle the evil King Shark, who is stealing mystical gems and causing havoc all over the world. It's also the beginning of a new hero called Black Adam, who is the new Ant-Man, a character created by Stan Lee. There is even a twist in the movie that could give Ant-Man the chance to become a Super Hero. The movie does have plenty of action, humor, and special effects. Although the action isn't as intense as a superhero movie, the action is still good. Marvel has done a great job with the special effects. The King Shark, which is made out of mystical metal, looks awesome. Also, the special effects in the movie are spectacular. One of the special effects that stands out in the movie is the King Shark. I love when the King Shark comes out of the water and the director turns on the large green dome that covers the king shark and shows the fin! I also like the fact that it's big, and I think the crew did a great job at recreating the special effects on the movie. The story is also good. It's not like there is no plot, it's not like the movie is just throwing a bunch of things at you, like most comic book movies do. There is a bit of a plot twist that could have made the movie even better. All in all, I think Marvel did a great job at bringing their comic book characters to the big screen. I liked this movie, I really did, but I have to admit that there were a couple of flaws. I also think there should have been more explosions, more special effects, more action, and more stories. The movie is still good, but it could have been better. Overall, this is a great movie to watch with your friends, but it's also a great movie to watch with your parents or a non-fans of comic book movies. Marvel has made a great movie that they hope will be successful.
