Tales of Frankenstein are a fairly good read, particularly in the Edgar Allen Poe chapter. This film has everything, from tension to atmosphere, mystery to spectacle. This film is also very funny, I particularly liked the scene where the clown 'Guido' is transformed into a giant baby. The jokes are so well done, you'll laugh at every gag, and the story isn't too slow. This is a fantastic film, and one that has only been out for a few months, so hopefully this is only the start of a long and very successful career.

I absolutely loved this film. It was incredibly scary and well acted. The only problem I have with this film is that it has a slow start, but by the time it gets to the end it has a completely different feel to it. As a huge horror fan I have to say that this was one of the best films of 2006.

I read a lot of the other comments before seeing this movie, and I wanted to comment to the ones who think it's crap. I loved it. It was original, the acting was good, the direction was great, the horror scenes were not over done, the plot was original and well thought out. The only thing that could have been done better is the music. I think the music in the movie was not appropriate for the movie, it was too heavy for the movies and it was not the appropriate mood for the movie. For example: in the original the music was more appropriate to the mood of the movie and not overplayed and to the point where it got annoying. The music in the movie was not inappropriate in the mood of the movie. I recommend this movie to any horror movie fan. I know it was over rated, but it was good. I give it an 8 out of 10.

A mad doctor, John Beck (Richard Brake) is the most notorious serial killer in the country and now is living with his son, Alex (Daniel Criado) in a cabin in the woods. John is not even sure if he can survive this ordeal, especially with a lot of people looking for him. When Alex enters the cabin, he is attacked by a young boy who takes a souvenir from his father's table. When the boy disappears, John comes to a realization and goes on the hunt for the boy. When he finds him, he discovers that the boy is actually his son, and he is trying to find his real father. This is a horror film that gives a lot of suspense, and not the usual style of the genre. It's a very graphic film that has lots of gore and the story itself is very unique and original. It also has a very interesting character development and the story is really unique and original. The acting in this film is quite good, especially from Richard Brake and Daniel Criado. Richard Brake does a great job as the mad doctor, and Daniel Criado is also very good in this film, and he gives a great performance in this film. The music is also very good and adds to the tension of the film. The film is quite a unique and original horror film that is quite a different experience from the other horror films we have seen lately, because it's very unique. I give this film an 8/10.

I just want to add a comment about the issue of the film being "censored" here in the states. I was very surprised at the reactions of my friends and family when they heard the film was a "P" rated horror. I feel a lot of us were confused as to why. The film was definitely rated R, I saw it in the theater for the first time on DVD. I think it was R because I had never seen a film rated R before. When I rented it I thought it was a PG-13 horror because the first scene showed something from the book. I was very surprised at the reaction it had to its R rating. It was like everyone in the theater had a different reaction, most of us were very disappointed with the film. I understand that a lot of the fans had some issues with the film. It was a new medium for a lot of people to see something new. I feel it was a good film. I think people were either too young or not old enough to understand it. I think the young people are very into horror films and I think they have a lot to learn from the older fans. I think the old fans will just have to learn to adapt and accept what they're seeing. Myself I think it was a good film and I would recommend it to any fan of horror films. I give it a 7 out of 10. I thought it was great. I feel like we need more films like this, especially when you have a few other options to choose from. I think this film will be one of the better films of the year.

I like this movie a lot. The acting is great, the story is good, the story is very "modern". I liked it a lot. I think the script is very good. The music is good. The acting is great, it's one of the best movies I have ever seen. I think this movie is really good and I'm glad I saw it. The one thing I think this movie has, is the best music. So I give this movie a 8/10.

The first time I saw this movie, it was on cable and I was confused. I never watched it again. Then, one year later, I decided to watch it again and it was one of the most fascinating movies I have ever seen. Not a typical B movie. Not an action movie. It was a strange horror movie. It is very intense and disturbing. It is not for the faint of heart. If you are into horror, this is the one for you.

This is a low-budget horror flick. However, you won't get to see the scares, gore, and horror you'd expect in a typical film. This is because it is a one-take horror film. This allows the audience to be in the characters' shoes, the film's characters. Instead of being creeped out, you are creeped out. If you liked the classics, like The Shining, The Haunting, and The Amityville Horror, you'll like this film. It has a few jumps. However, the jump scares are short and mild. The jump scares are used in the movie, not to scare the audience. It's the same with the gore. You get a few good shots of blood. The gore effects are not that bloody, which is a plus. The gore effects are really well done, but don't overshadow the movie. The movie is worth seeing.

This film is set in present day France, but it's based on the original novel by the same name by Robert Cormier, which was also adapted to the screen by Mel Gibson in 1981. It was also directed by Mel Gibson. This film stars Bijou Phillips (Iris Lane), a black drug addict who had a falling out with her mother's lover. One night, she returns to her friend's apartment and ends up in the bathroom with a dead prostitute, who explains to her that she is responsible for the death of her boyfriend. Bijou's mother ends up dead when she was stabbed by a man, who in turn ends up getting his face ripped off by a knife. This gives her a very bad case of amnesia. So, she has to find her own identity, and a way to survive. Her first attempt at survival, and one of the best, is to visit a local orphanage. But, it's not an easy one. On the other hand, she's told that if she doesn't find out her past, the place will kill her. And, she'll be left all alone, without her memories. So, she tries to recover her memories by doing some research and exploring the places and people who live there. But, it's not easy to get the information about the place, which is a sad thing. The acting is also good, especially from Bijou Phillips. But, she doesn't play the same role she did in the movie "The Other Side of the Door". But, her character has to be an American, because it's based on the real life, which she's not allowed to see. And, the language she has to speak is not the same as in the movie. But, it's still a good movie. 8/10

On the day after the storm, a young couple are picking up their daughters from school, and all hell breaks lose. A serial killer's at work and the girl's dad is missing. We hear about these events through the eyes of three women who see things differently. One is a young woman who has an angry and difficult time believing in herself and who seems to be haunted by a dead family member, the other two are a psychiatrist and a psychologist. They all meet in the same place at the same time and there are disturbing moments of violence and emotional blackmail. At first I thought it was a typical slasher movie, but then I realized that it is actually more of a psychological thriller. The murders are actually real and they make up an important part of the story, because this is the only way to see who is the killer and why. Although this movie may be familiar to many, the ending is very unexpected, and it is different from the rest of the movie, because it shows what really happens in the mind of the killer, and that is really disturbing. This is a movie that you have to see in a theater with an audience, because the audience will be on edge and may jump a few times, but they will be able to see how this film is all about. The acting is good and the story is very original, this movie is worth seeing, but it is not a movie that will be repeated a lot. But if you enjoy a good psychological thriller and want to see what happens when someone's mind is in the wrong place, then you should definitely check out "The Other Side of the Door". My rate: 8/10

I enjoyed this movie. Although I am usually not into 'horror' type of movies I thought it was pretty good. There are a lot of horror movies out there. I think most people that read this will probably be a little put off by this one. I thought it was actually pretty cool. I know this movie is not popular anymore but it is definitely worth seeing.

I just finished watching this movie and to my surprise I loved it. It was very good for what it was and is. I've read other reviews on here and some of the critics I read have taken this movie so seriously. I don't understand the harsh reviews on here and how some people cannot see this is a good movie. If you want to see a scary movie this isn't for you. There are lots of movies out there that have a similar storyline to this one. The acting is not as good as most people say and the story is not as well written. I just love the atmosphere and the feeling I get when I watch this movie. It's scary and the scenes when the kids come to see the monster is something I've never seen before. This is not a kid movie but it is for adults. If you like horror movies with a good story, then go watch this. If you don't like horror movies with a good story, then don't watch it.

A film for all. I could see a lot of themes in this film. It had its little flaws, but overall it was enjoyable and worth watching. The ending was surprisingly good. The film seemed to be somewhat inspired by 'The Exorcist'. I know it was loosely based off the book, but it still had a little something of it. I'm not going to say much about it, as it's better left for you to discover for yourself. In any case, the acting was pretty good, and the characters were well drawn. Some may call this a film for people who aren't into horror films, but it wasn't really for me. I don't think it was overly scary or creepy, and it wasn't really anything else. I enjoyed it, but I can see why some people may not. It's a film I'd recommend, but it's not a movie that you have to watch multiple times. It's well worth the time and money to see it.

Micheal Wayne (played by J.T. Walsh) and his wife (played by Tina Louise) are struggling to keep their five-year-old daughter as healthy as possible. Her sickness, after she has a run in with her older sister, Jennifer (played by Jennifer Tilly) and is left to look after her in the hospital. She asks if she can go to the hospital to see her family doctor, Dr. Chabot (played by Glynis Johns), but unfortunately she can't leave because she is being held by the hospital staff. She decides to stay there with her doctor and make a friend of hers, Laurie (played by Katherine Heigl). Laurie is Jennifer's sister, and she has some rather sick dreams about her. After spending a lot of time at the hospital and being held there by the staff, Jennifer decides to go out into the world to visit her sister, and she is going to visit her some more. However, Jennifer ends up leaving Laurie, and things get complicated. In the hospital, Jennifer runs into Laurie, and she finds out that she is the "new girl" in her family, Jennifer was also being held in the hospital, but Jennifer was actually Jennifer's older sister. Laurie finds out that Jennifer is actually Jennifer's sister, and she has some plans for Jennifer, and her mother and sister. I really like this movie because of the theme, the mystery, and the nice acting. J.T. Walsh and Tina Louise are wonderful in this film. I think that this movie is a great movie for anyone that enjoys horror films, and even if you aren't, you will like this movie.

This movie was quite good, and the ending was the one thing I hated. It was an ending that was obviously not meant to be. I think it was part of the movie, but it just seemed out of place. I did not expect the ending to be that good, and I would not have liked the ending either. The acting was good, and the story was good. Overall I liked the movie, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good horror movie. 7/10.

I always enjoy the films with cult followings, so when I heard of a film coming out called "The Other Side of the Door" I thought I would check it out. I was surprised to find that it was made by the same people who made the old "The Matrix" trilogy, so I figured this one must be pretty good. I have to say, it is. The film starts out a little slow, but once it gets going, it keeps you entertained. The story, is simple. People in a mental hospital (Shi No Numa) go on an adventure. They come across some strange people, but it's not until they are on their own that things begin to happen. At first I was disappointed in this film. I thought the characters were pretty bad, but once I got to know the actors, I realized that they were doing a good job of playing the characters. I also enjoyed the music. I thought the music fit the mood and the atmosphere of the film well. The sound effects were also pretty good. The acting was decent, too. It wasn't anything outstanding, but there was some decent performances. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I thought it was kind of strange. Maybe it was trying to be too scary, but it didn't work. But, if you like good horror movies, then this one is worth watching. It's a good film. I give it a B+

The film is a little slow at first but I think its important to let the viewer catch his breath. If he doesn't, he'll miss the point of the movie. I was drawn to the movie by the artwork of the house, particularly the coffin that the main character cleans. The painting is of a very dark nature and makes you feel you are watching a bad movie. But it is an excellent film, that has a good message that all of us can relate to.

*SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* Well, I don't know if it was due to the influence of Alien, but when I watched The Others I was kind of expecting another classic like this. To be honest I really did expect this to be the same as the previous film, but I was wrong. The Other Side Of The Door was much better. I thought that it was very well done. It was scary and even when I saw the film for the first time I still thought that it was great, which for me, a film that made me think and feel, was just about what I was expecting. Now, it's not a horror film and it doesn't take itself too seriously, but it has an edge to it that makes you feel for the main characters and the situations they are in. The music is great, the acting is great, the scares are great, and I could go on for a long time about the plot, but I don't want to spoil it, so I'm just going to say that this film is much better than I had expected, and it is recommended to all horror fans, but also a great film for anyone who just wants to be scared. 8/10.

It is kind of silly, but I did find this movie rather refreshing to see.I've always liked this sort of flick, so it made me check out the book.I like the book a lot. And so when I read that there was going to be a movie. I was very excited to see it.And I was very surprised that I didn't regret seeing it.This is not a movie for the whole family. It's not supposed to be scary. It's supposed to be a good, dark, dark comedy.The book is a bit better, but this is a good film. I really like this movie.

I have seen many reviews stating that the film is very slow and dull. I thought this was a good point to start, but I did find it a little slow in places but it didn't affect my viewing of the film. The acting in the film is great and the direction was very good. This is the type of film that would be very enjoyable to watch with a bunch of friends. I found the story pretty scary, I actually thought the film was a little scary, and I thought that the jump scares were a bit hard to take, but if you don't mind those, this is a great horror film. It also has a good story and if you like the horror genre, you will probably enjoy this film. 8/10

I am a fan of all the Saw movies. Saw 2 and Saw 3 are my favorite. They are unique in my opinion, especially Saw 2 and 3. I was looking forward to the Saw movie I am also a fan of the TV show Twin Peaks. And I will be starting to watch it next month. The movie came out very quickly, I just saw it today. I am very satisfied, very happy that I watched it. The movie was very well made, good music, good actors, and good story. The movie has very good points, but I can't praise it enough. I do not like to talk about movies in reviews, because it is very hard to do that. I will just say this. This is a very good movie, it is well done, and I recommend it to all people.

This was an original idea for a movie, and its execution was the best part of the movie. The concept of two guys having sex with each other in a car is a little "out there" for modern times, but that idea works for this movie. It may not be the most original idea, but it works. One major drawback is that it's just a little bit too brief. I'm guessing it was cut because they needed to make a movie out of the idea, but it feels like there could have been a couple more scenes or a few more "whores" instead. I don't know if the director just needed to trim it down, but it was a good idea and it's still a good idea, and I can only imagine how good the idea would have worked if they had more scenes. There's also a few scenes with this writer/director, but I'll leave it at that. There's nothing wrong with this movie, it's just a little bit brief and a little bit slow at times, but it works. I think the only thing this movie would have done better was to have more scenes with the guys in the car. The idea is great, but I can't think of any better ways to have it done. I really hope that they make another one of these movies.
